Where are you going in such a hurry? Look at the picture that I selected. This is a happy woman. The picture is for auto insurance. So, what do we see that is wrong with this picture if the lady was actually driving? Well, it is a great photo op, but let's watch where we are driving! Watch the road! Think about all of the ways that we add to the chance of an accident while getting to our destination. Yes, I have seen guys driving and shaving with an electric shaver. I have seen ladies putting on makeup. Of course, we all notice when someone is texting. We need to ask ourselves, "Is it worth it?" Is it worth it to be distracted. We all know the consequences but we think, "Not us." Or, we think, "not this time, I will do it once because I am in a hurry." Let's describe one of my favorites for bad driving habits, that is, looking at accidents instead of the traffic that is backing up. Yes, accidents happen around other accidents. This is the worse-case scenario when a bad thing happens on the road and then more people have their own bad thing happening. I started by saying, "Where are you going in such a hurry?" Let's take a twist on that phrase. Many people don't look closely at the company where they place their insurance.
